New Order: 250K Chocolate Truffle Metal Round Tins From a US Client

Who can produce custom tin packaging for your food products? Cheerpack is an experienced custom tin box manufacturer specializing in premium metal tins. With over 13 years of experience in the tin box industry, we are dedicated to helping customers develop customized metal tin packaging for their brands.

During the summer of 2026, one of our US clients placed a new order for 250,000 decorative round metal tins for chocolate and truffle packaging. This custom round tin box features a black printed finish with spot gloss to highlight the customer’s brand and graphics.

According to the customer, these chocolate tin boxes would be sold at Costco, so the requirements for printing, tinplate quality, and overall packaging quality were particularly high. We therefore treated this project as an important order and carefully controlled every production procedure. Finally, the finished chocolate and truffle tins successfully passed the customer’s QC inspection.

At Cheerpack, every order is important to us. For this project, a team of 5–7 QC members monitored the metal tin packaging from production to final packing. We focus on identifying problems, finding the causes, and solving them in time to ensure consistent tin box quality. This is how we build long-term trust with our customers.

In addition to chocolate and truffle tin packaging, Cheerpack also provides customized metal tins for:

• Chocolate, candy, and mint tin boxes
• Gift and loose tea tin packaging
• Cookie and biscuit tin boxes
• Custom food-grade metal tin packaging
• Promotional, gift, and specialty tin boxes

Whether your order is small or large, Cheerpack is ready to support your custom tin box packaging project with professional experience and reliable production.
